Box Score EMMITSBURG, Md. – La Salle women's lacrosse fell on the road to Mount St. Mary's 18-7.
 
How it Happened –

• La Salle's Claudia Steinmetz got the Explorers on the board early with a goal less than two minutes into the game.
• The Mount came back strong scoring five goals in a row.
• Mackenzie Click gave the Explorers their second goal on a free-position attempt, now making it a three-goal game.
• Click scored her second goal of the half to make it 9-3 Mount St. Mary's at halftime. Molly Maloney assisted on the Click goal.
• Ellen Stickney added to her goal total for the year with a goal in the third quarter of today's contest.
• The Mount added a couple of goals to their total, and then Alana Lathan and Steinmetz each scored in the fourth.
• Molly Maloney also got on the board during the contest's final frame.

 
Inside the Numbers –

• Five different Explorers scored on the day.
• Mackenzie Click and Alana Lathan now sit atop the goals scored leader board with six each.
• La Salle led in ground balls with 26 total brought in.
• The Explorers were 14-17 on clears.
