Drew Blackwell Named A-10 Offensive Player of the Week

WASHINGTON, D.C. – La Salle men's soccer midfielder Drew Blackwell has been named the Atlantic 10 Offensive Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday afternoon.

Blackwell scored one goal and had one assist in La Salle's come-from-behind 2-1 win against George Washington last Saturday. His goal in the 85^th minute, while his team was down a man, was the deciding goal in the win that helped send the Explorers to the playoffs.

The team will start its playoff journey on the Friday night when it takes on George Mason, with kick off set for 7:00 p.m.
