PHILADELPHIA – La Salle women's golf opened the season with a dual match with the Jefferson Rams and came up just short in the end. The Rams were able to edge out the Explorers 364-365.

Paige Cerminaro had the best round of the day for the Explorers, and the second-best round overall for both teams with an 86.
Hannah Basler followed Cerminaro into the club house with an 87 on the day.
Kayleigh Zeman finished her first round of the spring season with a 93, and
Nina Okenkova rounded out her day with a 99.

UP NEXT:
- The Explorers will be back in action at the end of next week on March 29th when they travel to the Prospect Bay Collegiate at Prospect Bay Golf Club. This will be a two-day event with Friday being a 36-hole day, and Saturday being an 18-hole round.
