PHILADELPHIA – Explorers women's lacrosse is set to take on their cross-town conference rival in the Saint Joseph's Hawks tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 p.m. on Hawk Hill.

SCOUTING THE EXPLORERS:
- The last time out for La Salle, was a back-and-forth contest against the VCU Rams, but they came up short losing 12-8.
- Despite the loss, senior Lola Quigley had a career performance against VCU. She not only tallied a first-half hat trick, but she ended the game with a career-high four goals.
- Claudia Steinmetz, Katie Johnson, Maddie Henderson, and Mackenzie Click all registered one goal in the loss.
- Johnson remains as the team's leading scorer with 21 goals this season. She currently is riding a four-game scoring streak. She ranks within the top-10 within the A-10 Conference.
- Grace Lord has placed herself at the top of the list for ground balls for La Salle this season. The sophomore has secured 19 ground balls in her nine games this season, putting her in the top-10 in the conference.
- Through nine games, the Explorers sit at fourth in the conference in shot percentage (.508).
- Brooke Nelson ranks near the top of the conference in certain categories in the conference, despite her limited appearances this season. She is second in saves per game with 6.83 and enters tomorrow with a .494 save percentage.
- Mary Babbage has started the last two games in goal for La Salle and enters tomorrow with a .366 save percentage.
SCOUTING THE HAWKS:
- Saint Joseph's enters tomorrow at 5-5 this season, having multiple contests against ranked opponents.
- They have gone 2-2 against those ranks teams including wins over #25 UConn, and most recently a 14-13 win over #17 Navy.
- Three members of the Hawks ended the contest against Navy with hat tricks which included: Sarah Groark, Maddie Yoder, and Kate Fuhrman.
- The team's leading scorer Lisa Ross, did not net a goal in the win over the Midshipmen, despite her leading the team with 23 goals this season.
- Goalie Jordan Concordia sits as one of the best in the A-10 Conference. She enters tomorrow with a .511 save percentage.
