PHILADELPHIA – La Salle women's lacrosse will take the field at McCarthy Stadium tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. against the 9-3 Richmond Spiders on ESPN+. La Salle comes in with an overall record of 2-8.

SCOUTING THE EXPLORERS:
- The Explorers recently faced the Saint Joseph's Hawks falling to them by a score of 16-6. This marked the team's sixth-straight loss, as they remain 0-5 in conference play.
- Despite a difficult first half against St. Joe's, La Salle had a strong second half performance, outscoring the Hawks 5-2.
- Freshman Kate Licciardi had the best day individually for La Salle. The New York native tallied three second-half goals, her first career collegiate hat trick.
- Mackenzie Click and Gina D'Angelo each notched their own goal and now sit with 13 and 8 goals score this season, respectively.
- Click leads the team in draw controls this season with 53. This number brings her to third all-time at La Salle for single-season draw controls. She will need 20 more in the last four games to take over first place.
- Katie Johnson still remains as the team's leading goal-scorer with her 21 goals scored this season. She ended her four-game scoring streak against the Hawks on Saturday.
- Mary Babbage started the game in net against Saint Joseph's and through the first half she had six saves and enters tomorrow with a .357 save percentage.
- Brooke Nelson finished the game in net for La Salle and tallied two saves, bringing her into tomorrow with a .494 save percentage.
SCOUTING THE SPIDERS:
- Richmond comes into tomorrow with a 9-3 overall record and 5-0 in conference play. All three losses for the Spiders have come against ranked opponents.
- Most recently the Spiders are coming off a 12-18 loss to the JMU Dukes at home. Earlier in the year they fell to Navy and Virginia.
- Richmond sits atop of the conference along with UMass for first place. Those two will square off in the regular season finale later this month.
- Colleen Quinn leads the pack in goals scored for Richmond this year having totaled 33 goals in 12 games. She also leads in points with 51.
- Abby Francioli has spent a majority of the season between the pipes for Richmond. In her 12 games she has 79 saves and a .465 save percentage.
