PHILADELPHIA- Junior striker
Kelsey Haycook and freshman midfielder
Deja Davis both found their names among the A-10 weekly honors for their strong play in the 6-0 rout of St. Joseph's last Friday. Haycook was named Co-Atlantic 10 Player of the Week, the second time this season and sixth time in her career she has earned the distinction. Davis was named Co-Rookie of the Week, the first time she has earned the honor this season.

Although the Explorers only played a singular match this past week, it certainly did not serve to limit the players on the stat sheet. The Blue & Gold pelted St. Joseph's with shots early and often, finding the back of the net six times throughout the contest.

Haycook exploded for an eight-point game against the Hawks, which was an A-10 single-game high this season. Haycook found teammate
Anna Dolhansky twice in a 30 second span to give the Explorers an early 2-0 lead in the first half. In the second half, the Point Pleasant, N.J., native netted three goals in a three and a half minute span for a hat trick, scoring her 11th, 12th and 13th goals of the season. Her 13 goals in 2013 places her fourth all-time at La Salle, just four goals behind the all-time single season record (17). Her 38 career goals put her just two goals shy of the all-time school record set by Amy Schneider in 2002 (40).
Davis has enjoyed a strong opening season in Blue & Gold, however, she still entered Friday night's match searching for that elusive first goal. She put the finishing touches on the 6-0 pasting of the Hawks with the final marker of the game. Dolhansky slotted a through ball to the streaking Davis, who buried a howitzer of a shot from long range for her first collegiate goal.
