Philadelphia – The La Salle men's tennis team dropped a tough match against St. Francis, 6-1.
The Explorers had a tough time getting started after dropping both doubles matches, but earned a point from freshman
Brian Balico. The freshman defeated his opponent in two straight sets, 6-2, 6-1.
"Each match we are getting a little bit stronger, but we made mistakes today that each guy knew right away" said head coach
Tony Green.
Balico dropped a tough doubles match with senior
Chas Berenato. The pair couldn't rebound after a tough game before dropping the set 8-3.
The record for the Explorers drops to 6-5, with a 0-4 record to start off the spring season.
