HAVERFORD, Pa. - Cross Country makes the short trip to Haverford College Thursday afternoon for the Main Line Invitational. The men's four mile race starts at 5 p.m. and will be run on Alumni Course at Haverford College.
 
Nike Greco continued his stretch of strong finishes, as he led the Explorers their last time out at the Big 5 Invitational. Greco crossed in eighth place with a time of 18:49.9 (6K). Senior Ben Pershall followed with a 15^th place finish thanks to his 19:03.3 time.
 
Last year in Haverford Nick Ross paced the Explorers running a 19:49.35 (4 mile) in the event, and finishing in 16^th place. Sophomore Andrew Gorsuch, 20:30.51 and junior Brendan Robertson (20:35.47) also had strong finishes in last years running. In total La Salle returns ten runners who participated in last year's Maine Line Invitational. 
 
La Salle continues their string of instate meets, as they head to the Paul Short Run in Bethlehem, Pa. next Saturday, October 4, for the event that will start at 10 a.m.
