All-Time Series vs. Bonnies
St. Bonaventure owns a slight 14-11 advantage in the all-time series that dates back to 1991. The Explorers and Bonnies met three times last season as they were home-and-home partners in the regular season as well as foes in the Atlantic 10 quarterfinal round. They split the regular season series, which both teams grabbing home wins, and the Bonnies took the tournament meeting.

Scouting the Explorers
The Explorers enter Wednesday's contest with a 4-10 league record and looking for a potential bye to the second round of the Atlantic 10 Tournament. They split a pair of games last week, defeating Rhode Island 47-45 to avenge their earlier season loss to the Rams and facing a 91-49 setback at second-place Dayton on Sunday. Amy Griffin led all Explorers with 20 points at Dayton, which tied her career high. She averaged a team-best 16.0 ppg on the week, and was named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week for her efforts.

Griffin is up to 8.0 ppg to rank third on the team, and is averaging 8.9 ppg in league games. Micahya Owens maintains the team scoring lead with 13.3 ppg while contributing 3.3 rpg and 1.7 apg. Alicia Cropper continues to average double figures as well, chipping in 12.3 ppg. Cropper is the team's free throw go-to, ranking in the top 10 in the conference by hitting 77.8 percent of her attempts at the charity stripe. Siobhan Beslow adds 7.8 ppg and is also among the league leaders by hitting 51.1 percent of her field goal attempts in league play.

Beslow is maintaining the team rebounding lead, pulling down 5.6 per contest. Jasmine Alston adds 4.9 boards, while leading the team with 3.4 apg and leading the A-10 with 2.4 steals per game. Cropper also chips in 4.8 boards and 2.4 helpers.

The Explorers average 61.7 ppg while yielding 65.7 to opponents. They are shooting 36.8 percent to opponents' 40.6 percent, and being outrebounded 41.4 to 39.0.

The squad has continued to be strong on the turnover front, maintaining a +4.36 turnover margin on opponents. The Explorers have forced more turnovers than they have committed in 21 of their 27 contests this year, including forcing Dayton into 19 compared to 15 Explorer miscues.

Scouting the Bonnies
The young Bonnies squad enters the game with a 5-9 league record, and has had a similar story to the Explorers this year. After winning their conference opener, the Bonnies dropped seven straight before getting back on a more even keel by winning four of their last six. Their lone loss in the last four games was at the hands of A-10 leader George Washington, and bounced back with two straight wins over Saint Louis and Davidson. The Bonnies own nonconference wins over Georgetown and Penn State.

The Bonnies have just one senior on the team in Ashley Zahn, who gained an extra year due to injury. They lost three-point sharpshooter Chelsea Bowker to graduation, who drained 86 triples in her final season in Olean while leading the Bonnies to a 22-7 record last year.

Junior Katie Healy is back this year after earning Atlantic 10 First Team and Most Improved Player recognition last season. Healy, who scored her 1,000th career point in the win over the Hoyas earlier this year, is the team's scoring leader with 14.0 ppg. She is also tied for the lead on the boards with 6.4 rebounds per game, and leads the team with 2.4 assists per game. Nyla Rueter is the only other Bonnie in double figures as she chips in 10.4 ppg.

Hannah Little rounds out the top three scorers with 9.8 ppg while tying Healy for the team lead with 6.4 boards.

The Bonnies slightly outscore their opponents, 60.8 to 60.1 ppg on the season. They hit 39.4 percent of their field goal attempts while limiting opponents to just 36.2 percent. They are also strong at the free throw line with a 72.5 percent team clip.
