PHILADELPHIA- The La Salle softball doubleheader against Lafayette slated for Wednesday afternoon has been cancelled due to the impending forecast. The two teams will work to find an alternative date in the schedule that works for both squads to make up the contests.
 
The Explorers return to action as they host Rhode Island at West Campus Field this weekend. The series begins with a doubleheader at noon on Saturday and will conclude with a single game on Sunday at noon.
