PHILADELPHIA – The La Salle University women's track and field team will head down to George Mason University for the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track & Field Championships this weekend.

WHO TO WATCH

• Ariel Mitchell has made major strides already in her senior season and will aim for an Atlantic 10 title in the 60-meter dash. She broke a 24-year-old school record in the event at the first meet of the year and has since broken that mark twice more, currently set at 7.60 meters, the fastest 60-meter time in the A-10 this season.
• Junior Grace Mancini will try to add to her already-remarkable résumé in the distance events. After reaching the National Championships in cross country this fall, Grace has put forth the A-10's fastest time in the 3,000 meters and third best time in the mile this year.
• In the field, junior Jessica Bryant will look to jump back on the podium after winning the long jump title at last year's A-10 Outdoor Championship. She's ranked in the top 10 in the league in the long jump and triple jump.
• Meanwhile, senior Kaleah Miller will aim to score some points in the field as well. Miller owns the school record in the long jump and has the ninth best jump so far in the conference.
• Freshman Liz Mancini is on the league's top performance list for the 3,000 meters, while sophomores Makayla Eberly (800m, 1000m) and Deirdre Gilmore (5000m) also add to the mix.
