Women's Track and Field | January 10, 2020

• Freshmen Jerika Lufrano and sophomore Liz Mancini finished 1-2 in the mile run, with Lufrano taking first at 5:08.78 and Mancini coming in second at 5:09.05.
• Freshman Christine Mancini won the 800 meters, coming out on top among 16 finishers with a mark of 2:19.88. Fellow rookie Jenna Webb placed seventh in the event at 2:27.76.
• Sophomore El Mancini won the 3,000 meter run with a time of 10:15.92. Sophomore Tess Gibbons placed fourth in 10:54.49.
• Freshman Theresa Richardson claimed the triple jump title with a leap of 10.64 meters while also placing sixth in the long jump at 4.47 meters.
• Freshman Olabisi Adams was second in the long jump with a leap of 5.25 meters. She was also fifth in the 60-meter dash.
• Senior Jessica Bryant was third in both the long jump (5.06m) and the triple jump (10.35m).
• Senior Desirae Osley finished sixth out of 13 runners in the 400-meter dash at 1:02.11. Osley, freshman Sammie Miller, sophomore Leah Sassaman and sophomore Arianna Wallace took third in the 4x400 relay at 4:09.33.
• Junior Katherine Weiss took sixth in the shot put with a toss of 8.99 meters and freshman Jenna Smith took 10th in the 200-meter dash with a time of 28.25.

• The Explorers will partake in the Penn 8 Team Select on Staten Island next Saturday, Jan. 18.
