PHILADELPHIA – Explorers women's basketball will welcome the Loyola Chicago Rambler to 20
th & Olney Thursday night at 6:30 for another Atlantic 10 Conference match up. The game will be streamed on ESPN+.

SCOUTING THE EXPLORERS:
- The Explorers dropped the last contest at home to the Dayton Flyers in a close game that went to overtime. The game finished 72-69 in Dayton's favor.
- Molly Masciantonio led La Salle in scoring totaling 18 points to go along with four assists, three rebounds, and two steals.
- After going back-to-back games scoring only three points, Masciantonio had her best offensive performance since the loss to Davidson.
- Makayla Miller helped the Explorers down the stretch on Sunday, but it ultimately was not enough in the end. Miller did however score ten points to keep her double-digit scoring streak going.
- Miller has totaled 119 points in the last nine games, averaging 13.2 points per game.
- Jolene Armendariz has been able to give consistent offensive minutes for the Explorers recently. She followed up a 16-point game against Massachusetts with an 11-point performance against Dayton. She made three three-point shots and pulled in six rebounds in the loss.
- The Explorers are ranked in certain categories within the conference worth noting: 3rd in 3-PT field goals made (160), 3rd in opponent 3-PT FG percentage (.278), and 4th in steals (188).
- The Explorers sit at 4-6 in conference play along with Saint Louis. The Ramblers are 5-6 in conference play.
- As a team, the Explorers take as many three-point shots as any team in the Atlantic 10 Conference with 27.1 per game. Nationally, La Salle is ranked 11th in the nation in that category. Marshall ranks first taking 30.8 three-point attempts per game this season.
SCOUTING THE RAMBLERS:
- The last time out for Loyola Chicago was a loss to George Mason at home. The final from that contest was 61-52.
- After winning three games in a row at in the middle of January, the Ramblers are now on a three-game losing streak that started against the Duquesne Dukes on Jan. 28.
- Graduate guard Alyssa Fisher is the mainstay on offense for the Ramblers. She is averaging 13.5 points per game this season, which ranks 12th in the conference.
- Sam Galanopouloss is another name for the Explorers to watch closely. The guard averages 13.3 points per game, making most of her living from three-point range. Galanopoulos is shooting 46.5% from three, good for third in the A-10 Conference. She also can dish the ball too, averaging 4.3 assists per game, fourth in the conference.
