Alexis Garcia Named A-10 Offensive Player Of The Week

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Sophomore forward Alexis Garcia as been named the Atlantic 10 Offensive Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday afternoon.

Garcia scored a hat trick last Saturday, along with recording an assist in the team's 5-1 win against George Washington. She scored all three of her goals in a five-minute span, including two in a 20-second span.

The team will return to action this Thursday, October 16 when it takes on Fordham at McCarthy Stadium, with kickoff set for 6:00 pm.
