PHILADELPHIA – Playing its second match in as many days, the women's tennis team fell 7-0 to Saint Joseph's on Thursday afternoon at the SJU Tennis Complex.
The Explorers were swept in the doubles point, but
Sarah Chambers made her spring debut for La Salle, playing alongside
Jenna Manzione at No. 3 doubles.
Junior
Elli Vamvakitis fell at No. 3 singles, but pushed her opponent to 6-4, 6-3 outcomes.
La Salle will face another Atlantic 10 opponent in Rhode Island on the road on Sunday morning.
