Aleks Nikolic and
Jazmin Walle picked up a win in doubles action on Sunday, as the La Salle women's tennis team concluded its regular season against Saint Joseph's. The Hawks overcame the loss at No. 2 doubles to claim a 7-0 team win.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Nikolic and Walle fought to a 6-4 victory over Paige Conrad and Madeline Hill to even up the doubles competition at 1-1. The tie was broken by a walkover win at No. 3.
- In singles action, freshman Lauren Landstrom took six games off her opponent Stow Weiss at No. 2.
- St. Joe's won all four contested singles matches in straight sets to pick up its seventh win of the year.
