PHILADELPHIA – The La Salle women's tennis team dropped a hard fought match against the Fairfield Stags, 6-0.
 
The Explorers could not rally from the tough loss suffered at the hands of St. Bonaventure, 4-3.
 
After the hard fought match against the Atlantic 10 rival, the Explorers could not get the points needed against the Stags.
 
Tough play by junior Caitlin Coelho was not enough, after cutting the first set to close final score. Her hard fought efforts were not enough as she dropped the first set, 6-4 and the second 6-1.
 
The Explorers will be back on the court on Tuesday when they travel to West Long Branch, N.J. to take on Monmouth University.
