Philadelphia – The La Salle men's dropped the spring opener on Friday to NJIT, 7-0.
Junior
De'Sean Fennell dropped a tough match in the number one position. After dropping the first set, 7-5, Fennell was not able to regroup and win the second set.
"It was a difficult adjustment, but we have a lot of matches ahead of us, " Fennell said of the long break between matches.
The Explorers dropped two double matches before the third match was called because Highlanders earned the point already.
