PHILADELPHIA– The Explorers travel I-76 West to Pittsburgh this week as they visit the Duquesne Dukes on Wednesday night for a 7 PM tip from the A.J Palumbo Center.

All-Time SeriesLa Salle is 18-16 against Duquesne in a series that dates back to 1983. The two teams split the previous two meetings, with La Salle winning 68-63 in Pittsburgh in 2014 before the Dukes stole a 72-66 victory in Tom Gola Arena last season.
Scouting the Explorers-La Salle is coming off a 1-1 week, defeating Saint Joseph's on Wednesday in the Big 5 season finale before falling to St. Bonaventure on Saturday afternoon.

Amy Griffin was named Philadelphia Big 5 Player of the Week on Monday, after averaging 23.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists in two games last week.

Micahya Owens poured in 24 points to tie her career-high, going 9-for-16 from the floor and 2-for-2 from the foul line. The junior was an impressive 4-for-5 from three-point range.
-The Explorers connected on eight three-point field goals on Saturday, their second highest total in a game this season (nine against Monmouth on 12/30).

Adreana Miller connected from downtown four times against the Bonnies, tied for the most by an Explorer this season.
Scouting the Dukes-Duquesne is coming off a 76-72 overtime road win at Dayton on Saturday after falling at Saint Louis, 84-81, on Wednesday to snap a seven-game winning streak.
-Deva'Nyar Workman pulled down 19 rebounds in the win over UD, the most for Duquesne since Beth Friday grabbed 20 on Feb. 14, 2002 against Richmond.
-The Dukes hit ten straight free throws over the final 1:18 of overtime to seal the win against Dayton. Duquesne was 18-for-22 from the line in the game.
-April Robinson hit six three-pointers on the way to a game-high 30 points on Saturday. The senior is now nine three's short of the school-record 238 held by Alex Gensler
-Duquesne's Kadri-Ann Lass was named the A-10 Rookie of the Week on Monday for the sixth time this season. Lass finished the week averaging 10.0 points per game and six rebounds per game.
Up NextLeading up to next week's Atlantic 10 tournament, the Explorers finish the regular season at Massachusetts on Saturday. La Salle topped the Minutewomen 66-57 in Tom Gola Arena on February 10.
