PHILADELPHIA - The La Salle University women's tennis team suffered a 7-0 loss to Temple on Friday evening at the University of Pennsylvania's Hecht Tennis Center on Friday.
The Owls won all three doubles matches to open up a 1-0 lead, then earned six straight-set victories in singles. La Salle freshman
Ali Snyder put up a strong fight in her match at No. 2 singles against former All-Atlantic 10 player at Rhode Island and Temple graduate transfer Galina Chernykh, falling 6-4, 7-5.
The Explorers return to action on Wednesday, March 22 at Rider.
