PHILADELPHIA – After winning four of five games last weekend in Charlotte, the La Salle softball team will play five games this weekend in the UNF Invitational in Jacksonville, Fla., beginning Friday morning against Mount St. Mary's.

The Explorers started the season with four straight wins in the Green & White Invitational at UNC Charlotte last weekend before falling to the 49ers in the title game.
McKenzie Peace was named A-10 Co-Pitcher of the Week on Monday after going 2-0 with a save in 9.1 innings without an earned run.
Suzanne Swanicke drove in eight runs in 10 at-bats as the Explorers outscored opponents 29-14 in their four wins.
The Explorers will remain in Florida after the weekend for a doubleheader against SIU Edwardsville and South Dakota State on Wednesday in Clearwater before playing in the USF Under Armour Invitational next weekend.
