Scouting the Explorers
-La Salle is looking for a series win against the Flyers after dropping two of three to George Washington over the weekend.

Marlo Roadcap struck out a career-high 15 batters in the opening game of a doubleheader against GW on Saturday to help the Explorers to a 5-2 win. The sophomore is third in the A-10 with 111 strikeouts this season.

Suzanne Swanicke drove in three runs over the weekend against GW, thanks in part to her second homer of the season in the second game of Saturday's DH. The senior leads the team with 16 RBI's on the season.

Valerie Pineiro has hit safely in four of her last five games, including two hits against GW on Sunday. The junior has lifted her average 33 points during that stretch.
Scouting the Flyers
-Dayton has won five of their last six games, including an Atlantic 10 series sweep of St. Bonaventure last weekend.
-As a team, the Flyers lead the A-10 with 68 doubles and rank second with a .306 average. Gabrielle Snyder leads the A-10 in average (.416), hits (52), and is second in doubles with 12.
-Manda Cash has 11 wins in the circle this year for the Flyers and leads the A-10 with 137 strikeouts. The junior has a team-low ERA of 2.41.
