Scouting the Explorers
-La Salle split a doubleheader at Lafayette on Wednesday afternoon, taking the first game 3-0 before the Leopards scored three late runs to steal a 3-2 win in the finale.

Marlo Roadcap tossed her second shutout of the season on Wednesday, limiting Lafayette to just four hits while striking out nine. The lefty tallied a career-high 13 strikeouts in a complete-game win at St. Bonnies on Saturday, and is third in the A-10 with 93 strikeouts this season.

Mackenzie Obert was named A-10 Co-Player of the Week on Monday after hitting .500 (6-for-12) with three homers and six RBI's last week. The senior had two homers and four RBI's in Sunday's doubleheader at St. Bonnies after a smacking a double and a home run at Villanova on Thursday.

Emma Schweigert drove in three runs on Wednesday, knocking a two-run double in the opener and plating a run with a sac fly in game two. The 2-for-5 day puts her average for the season at .303 (20-for-66).
Scouting the Colonials
-George Washington swept a doubleheader at Coppin State on Wednesday, ripping 28 hits between the two games.
-The Colonials lead the conference with a team .308 batting average and their 24 home runs are second only to Fordham's 34.
-Freshman Jenna Cone is hitting .369, which is third in the A-10, and leads the league with a program-record 14 home runs and is tied for most in the league with 43 RBI's.
-Senior Megan Linn (.355) became GW's all-time career hits leader on Wednesday, besting Victoria Valos' ('15) mark of 206. Linn enters the weekend with 211 career hits.
