BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The La Salle University women's tennis team suffered a 7-0 setback at the hands of Lehigh on Sunday afternoon.
The Mountain Hawks ran out to a 1-0 lead as they swept the doubles point, allowing the Explorers just one game through the three matches.Â
In singles action, Christina Auyeung set the tone with a 6-2, 6-0 win at the top singles position. Lehigh did not drop a set in the singles portion and improved to 7-6 on the season.
La Salle (2-9) heads to Coppin State on Thursday, March 29 for a non-league match.
