Tomas Christian earned a win at No. 4 singles, but the La Salle University men's tennis team fell to local rival Saint Joseph's, 5-1, on Sunday.
In a match that featured just singles play, the Hawks picked up five straight-set wins to defeat the Explorers. Christian was the lone La Salle player to come out victorious, defeating Dan Tan, 7-6, 6-3.
The 2018 Atlantic 10 Championship will be held at the United States Tennis Association's National Campus in Orlando, Fla., beginning on Thursday, April 26.
