PHILADELPHIA – The schedule for the La Salle softball series at Dayton has been altered due to inclement weather. The Explorers will now play a single game this afternoon at 4 p.m. followed by a Sunday doubleheader beginning at 11 a.m.
Scouting the Explorers (9-16, 2-3 A-10)
-La Salle swept a doubleheader with Rhode Island on Saturday afternoon, earning a pair of one-run wins after Friday's opener was cancelled due to weather.

Taylor Rohrbaugh had an impressive week at the plate, posting a .909 on-base percentage and a 1.600 slugging percentage in three games. The senior finished with four hits in five AB's, including a walk-off homer in the 7th inning to lift the Explorers to a 2-1 win over Rhode Island in Saturday's opener. Rohrbaugh also worked a walk and was hit by a pitch five times.

Marlo Roadcap tossed a complete-game three-hitter on Saturday, surrendering just one run in seven innings of work in her only start in a weather-shortened week. The lefty leads the team with 53 K's and seven complete games, which is tied for third in the A-10.

Scouting the Flyers (13-19, 4-4 A-10)
-Dayton split an A-10 doubleheader with Saint Louis on Wednesday, taking the opener 11-4 before falling 5-2 in game two.
-The Flyers were 3-for-3 in stolen base attempts on Wednesday, and are second in the A-10 with 32 steals on the season.
-Kyle Davidson leads Dayton with a .340 average while Abby Ehrenborg has a team-best 22 RBI's.
-Senior Manda Cash, who was named A-10 Pitcher of the Week on Monday, is 6-5 with a 1.52 ERA and 85 strikeouts this season. Cash ranks second in the A-10 in K's while UD leads the league with 174 strikeouts.
