HERSHEY, Pa. - The La Salle University women's tennis team dropped a 7-0 decision to Bucknell in the first of two weekend matches on Friday.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Explorers were swept in three matches for the doubles point, with sophomore Tiffany Theophil and junior Ali Snyder putting up a fight at the top spot before falling, 6-4.
- In singles, senior Brittany Poje dropped a 7-5, 6-4 match at the No. 3 position, with all six of La Salle's competitors falling in two sets.
UP NEXT
- La Salle and Siena square off on Saturday, Feb. 16 for a non-conference match at Legacy Youth Tennis Center, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
