• Mancini finished second in the steeplechase for the second straight year, running in 10:16.94 in a field of 19 runners.
• Senior Kaleah Miller placed fifth in the long jump among 24 entrants with a leap of 5.62 meters (18'5.25"). Junior Jessica Bryant was 10th in the event with a jump of 5.40 meters.
• Freshman Shelby Kishel also scored points for the Explorers, placing sixth in the javelin with a throw of 37.76 meters (123'11").
• Senior Ariel Mitchell ran the third fastest time in the 100-meter dash preliminaries, finishing in 12.10 seconds to qualify for Sunday's final.
• Sophomore Makayla Eberly finished 12th in the 800-meter preliminaries with a time of 2:12.74, while freshmen Arianna Wallace and Leah Sassaman were 17th and 21st among 35 runners, respectively.
• Sophomore Deirdre Gilmore came in 17th in the 10,000 meters, posting a time of 37:23.76, while junior Desirae Osley was 19th in the 200-meter preliminaries.

• The second and final day of the A-10 Championships will begin at 10:15 a.m. on Sunday.
