Ali Snyder fought to a three-set defeat at No. 1 for the Explorers.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Explorers dropped the top two doubles competitions and competed in the first four singles matches.
- Snyder bounced back from a first-set defeat to win the second set, 7-5.Â
- The third set of her match was decided in a tiebreaker, with Julia Gabay picking up a 10-7 win.
- The remaining three singles matches all went in favor of Marist, who picked up their third dual match win of the year.
