Colin Lucius picked up singles wins for the Explorers.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The doubles point went to the Warriors, as they won each of the top two matches.
- Lucius teamed with freshman Brandon Caban to secure a 7-6 victory at No. 3.
- The singles matches saw Sanchez pick up a 7-6, 6-0 win at No. 4, while Lucius also won in straight sets at No. 6.
- Sophomore Nassim Fenjiro had a chance to force a third set but fell in a tiebreak at No. 3.
