PHILADELPHIA – Sarah Prezioso has been elevated to interim head coach of the La Salle softball program, Director of Intercollegiate Athletics and Recreation Brian Baptiste announced Wednesday.

Prezioso shifts into the new role following the departure of Brooke Darreff, who is pursuing another professional opportunity.

Prezioso, who joined the La Salle staff in August with seven seasons of assistant coaching experience, will oversee the program through the completion of the 2021 season.

La Salle also welcomes Erica Molinaro as an assistant coach. She will oversee the Explorers' pitching staff for the 2021 season. Molinaro comes to 20th & Olney after a four-year playing career at East Stroudsburg. She also coached the Pocono Predators on the travel circuit.
