La Salle University Athletics

Deirdre Lynch captured three event titles to help La Salle win the MAAC Championship in 1992. She was named to the MAAC All-Academic Team in 1992 and chosen as the Midwestern Collegiate Conference Outstanding Swimmer in both 1993 and 1994.  In 1994, she was also named the National Catholic Championships MVP.

During her career she broke six individual Explorer records and at time of her induction her 200 Backstroke record was still standing.
