Troy Harry captured the A-10 Championship in one-mile run (indoor) in 1996 and went on to win the mile, 3,000 meters, and 4x800 and also set a La Salle record in the mile (4:05:08) in 1997. That same year he was named A-10 Most Outstanding Performer. In 1998, he helped set the La Salle record in 4x1 mile relay. At time of his induction, he co-held three Explorer relay records.
