An outstanding right guard, Bradley also played defensive guard in the era before unlimited substitution. He captained the Explorers' undefeated football team of 1934, which pulled out an upset victory over Villanova.

Bradley later coached football at La Salle College High School from 1935-1937 and again from 1943-1948.

He was inducted posthumously into the Hall of Athletes.
