La Salle University Athletics

The Explorers’ captain from 1951-52, Charles Donnelly was recognized as a formidable defensive guard.  By winning the NIT in 1952, La Salle was able to participate in the 1952 Olympic Trials, where the Explorers lost to Kansas, who eventually represented the USA.
