Hall of Athletes
A three-sport varsity athlete during her time at La Salle, Greenberg is primarily remembered for her standout play on the basketball hardwood over a four-year career that saw unparalleled success. During her four seasons with the Explorers, the team went an incredible 95-24 (.799 winning percentage), won three Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference titles and advanced to a pair of NCAA Tournaments.
A member of the Big 5 Hall of Fame (2012), Greenberg was the floor general that led the team to three Big 5 championships from 1987-89. She was a two-time All-Big 5 Second Team selection. As a senior, Greenberg became the first La Salle player to record a triple-double, registering 13 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists against Saint Peter's. She led the MAAC in assists as a junior (6.2/game) and closed her career as La Salle's all-time leader in the category (512, now 3rd).
In addition to her outstanding basketball career, Greenberg was a four-year starter for La Salle's field hockey program, playing in 68 games over the course of four seasons. She was also a member of the varsity softball team for one year.
