La Salle University Athletics

Cheryl Coppola won the MAAC 1- and 3-meter diving championships in 1991 and 1992 and took home the same honors in the ECAC and MCC in 1993 and 1994. She was named the National Catholic Diver of the Year in 1992 and 1994. The La Salle record holder in the 1- and 3-meter dives, Coppola qualified for the NCAA championships all four years.

After her La Salle career, Coppola reached the semi-finals in the U.S. Senior Nationals and participated in the Olympic Torch relay in 1996.
