Chrissie Donahue became the first female Explorer to start every game in her career. At time of her induction, her 1,818 points ranked second in La Salle scoring history, and her 914 rebounds ranked third.

Donahue was named Big 5 Rookie of the Year (1994), Big Five Player of the Year (1995) and was inducted in the Big Five Hall of Fame in 2002.
