As a sophomore, Jennifer Zenszer Ngo was named to the Big 5 First Team while becoming the first Explorer to ever lead the team in points, rebounds, and assists in a season. She was named Second Team All-Big 5 for three seasons and was an Atlantic 10 and Big 5 All-Academic Team honoree in her senior season. Ngo led the Explorers in three-point field goal percentage four times and in steals twice in her career.

In 2006, she became a member of the Big 5 Hall of Fame.
