Hall of Athletes
A two-time Atlantic 10 cross country champion, Todd Witzleben qualified for the NCAA cross country championships in 2001 and 2002. During his career, the Explorers captured three straight A-10 cross country titles. He won three A-10 track titles in 2003, indoors at 3,000 meters and outdoors at 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters and finished his career as the program record-holder at 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters. Witzleben was named Atlantic 10 Student Athlete of the Year in 2002, La Salle Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2003, and Academic All-American in cross country in 2001 and 2002.
