La Salle University Athletics

Rachel Ritz Delavan once held every La Salle record from 55 meters through 800 meters and at time of her induction in 2009 she still held the 200- and 400-meter records.  Delavan became the Midwestern Collegiate Conference Champion at 60 meters and 200 meters in 1995 and was named Midwestern Collegiate Conference Outstanding Indoor Runner that same year.

Other accomplishments include being a member of the Atlantic 10 4 x 800-meter relay championship team (1997) and a four-time A-10 Academic All-Conference selection.
